Just For Nets - How to Hang Your Net Properly? – Tips for Long-Lasting Nets
In this quick video, we show you how to hang your net correctly to ensure it hangs straight, absorbs impact, and lasts longer.
We also share useful tips specifically recommended for our nets, including how to:
- Use strong anchor points and secure clips evenly
- Use spring clip about every 2 feet
- Hang the net using the rope border, not the netting
- Keep at least 2 feet of clearance between the net and any object.
- Adjust the tension so it’s not too tight or too loose
For the sliding dividers:
When ordering the netting for sliding dividers, we recommend adding approximately 7% extra length and rounding up to the next full foot. The weight of the netting can cause it to hang slightly lower, making it appear shorter than expected—even if it is secured with spring clips every 2 feet. Adding this additional length helps ensure proper coverage and fit.
Following these tips will help your net perform better, stay safe, and last longer.
Perfect for beginners or anyone installing a net for practice, games, or divider purposes.
