Shipping Policy
Orders can take 5 - 7 business days to process and be shipped. You will be emailed tracking information once we shipped out your order. Please check your spam if you didn't see any order or shipping confirmation in your inbox.
Free Shipping:
Free domestic shipping to lower 48 states when order is over $1,000.00.
Standard Shipping:
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for all custom made orders before shipping. All orders are processed and shipped out of our Tampa, FL warehouse and can take up to an additional 1 - 5 days to deliver once it is shipped. We use FedEx and UPS to ship most of the orders and USPS for certain area and PO Box. Shipping rate is vary based on package weight and ship to location. All shipping rate and options can easily be quoted at the bottom of the check out page.
Expedited Shipping:
For quicker delivery times, we also offer Express Delivery (3 days), 2nd Day Air and Overnight options. All shipping options can easily be found at the bottom of the check out page.
Freight Shipping:
If your order is over 150 lbs, it potentially will ship via freight company. It takes around 2 - 5 business days to deliver once it is shipped. The freight company we are using including FedEx, UPS, Saia, and R + L.
International Shipping:
Shipping rate and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Once the package ship out of the Unites State, we don't have control over the shipment. Please contact local shipping company showing in tracking number if you have any question regarding to the package. It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. Please make sure that you are in an approved jurisdiction as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs. You are responsible for all the custom duties and import taxes if there is any.
Store Pick Up:
Our store located at 4817 N. Lois Ave, Tampa FL 33614. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for all custom made orders before pick up. We will contact your when the order is ready.
