Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Just For Nets. We take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made netting products designed to meet your specific needs. Because many of our items are made to order, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Inspection
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at sales@justfornets.com or 813-871-1133 to request a return label and a replacement or refund.
Claims made after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Custom Orders
Most of our products are custom-made to order, built to your requested dimensions, materials, and specifications.
Because of the made-to-order nature, custom orders may be returned or exchanged only under the following conditions:

A 30% restocking fee will apply to all custom order returns or exchanges not due to error or defect.

The product must be in new, unused condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must receive prior authorization before being shipped back.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Once inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days (less restocking and shipping fees).
Please verify all measurements, colors, and specifications carefully before finalizing your order, as production begins shortly after purchase.
3. Standard Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
If your return is approved and not due to an error or defect, the following will apply:

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.

The item must be in new, unused condition and properly packaged.

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included in the return package.

The return must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.

4. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we provided a return label) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Clearance and Final Sale Items
- All clearance, discounted, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Please verify all product details before completing your purchase.
6. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
7. Order Cancellations
- Because many of our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
- If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist before production starts.
